Costs

I will charge £20 for ½ day (contracted hours) 7:30am – 12:15pm mornings and 1pm – 5:30pm afternoons
I will charge £40 for full day 7:30am – 5:30pm includes breakfast, lunch and tea
School Drop off 7:30am – 9:00am includes breakfast : £6.00
School Pick ups 3pm – 5:30pm includes snacks and tea : £12.50
Hourly rates available on request.
I will not charge when I take holidays.
I will charge full rate for any holidays you take.
I will not charge you anything if I am ill or unable to work.
I will charge full rate if your child is ill.
I am also prepared to take childcare vouchers and I am registered to accept children who qualify for the free 15hrs & 30hrs funding
I will be closed on bank holidays and full fees do still apply
If you wish me to save a future place for your child, I will require a non refundable deposit and/or a retainer for the days/hours in which you require (half monthly fees)
I will expect monthly payment in advance on the 1st of each month. All monthly bills will be worked out on 48wk pro rata basis and any extra hours you had that month will be billed to you at the end of month.
Late pick ups will be charged £5 for every half hour over the pick up time
There will charge of £15 for any late payments of fees, unless arranged with me before hand.
Activities and small trips will be funded by myself but I may ask for a contribution on a major trip if the entrance fees are more expensive.
